About the Role
This is a full-time, W2 solo opportunity running a semi-local flatbed operation across a variety of equipment types, including standard flatbed, double drop, removable gooseneck, and step deck trailers. Expect roughly 750 to 1,000 miles each week with weekly average earnings in the range of $1,000 to $1,500. The schedule follows a 5 days on, 2 days off rotation, keeping you home every weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed, double drop, removable gooseneck, and step deck trailers safely and on schedule.
- Handle semi-local routes out of Milner, Lamar County, averaging 750 to 1,000 miles weekly.
- Secure and tarp freight as needed; tarping is required on approximately 25% of loads.
- Maintain compliance with all DOT and company safety standards.
- No driver load or unload responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions.
- Minimum of 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience.
- Willingness to perform tarping and flatbed securement work.
- Commitment to safe, dependable, on-time performance.
