DUDLEY WOOD PRODUCTS LLC is hiring a CDL A Company Driver, Semi-Local, Flatbed trailer to join our solo driving team based out of Sylvester, Worth County. If you take pride in secure loads, dependable routes, and getting home every weekend, this full-time W2 opportunity was built for you.
About the Role
As a semi-local flatbed company driver, you will run solo and haul freight across our regional lanes using a variety of trailer configurations, including standard flatbed, double drop, removable gooseneck, and step deck equipment. Drivers can expect roughly 750 to 1,000 miles per week and average weekly earnings in the range of $1,000 to $1,500. Best of all, you will follow a steady 5-days-on, 2-days-off rotation and be home every weekend.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate flatbed, double drop, removable gooseneck, and step deck trailers safely and efficiently
- Complete semi-local routes as a solo company driver out of Sylvester, Worth County
- Secure and tarp freight, with tarping required on approximately 25% of loads
- Coordinate pickups and deliveries — no driver load or unload responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with all DOT regulations and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions
- Minimum of 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience
- Willingness and ability to tarp loads as needed
- Strong commitment to safe, on-time, and professional driving
Pay & Benefits
