About the Role

As a Management Analyst at Perrygo Consulting Group, you will deliver analytical and program support to a Navy client in San Diego, California. This is an on-site, full-time position open to both early-career (Junior) and experienced (Senior) candidates. You will help refine processes, assess operational performance, and provide recommendations that strengthen how programs are planned, managed, and executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management and program operations for a Navy customer in San Diego
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to surface trends and improvement opportunities
• Prepare reports, briefings, and documentation for stakeholders and decision-makers
• Review workflows and recommend changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Coordinate with team members and client personnel to keep initiatives on schedule

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance is required
• Eligibility for either a Junior or Senior level appointment based on relevant experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication abilities
• Availability to work on-site in San Diego, San Diego County, supporting a Navy customer
• A highly motivated, energetic mindset and the ability to contribute within a collaborative team
