About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant in Scottsdale, you'll be the front-line ambassador for our community, welcoming prospective residents and turning their interest into leases. This is a hands-on position where you'll combine consultative sales, property knowledge, and customer service excellence to meet and exceed leasing targets while representing Olen Properties' commitment to quality living.
What You'll Do
- Conduct property tours and unit showings for prospective residents, highlighting amenities and floor plan features
- Qualify applicants, assess housing needs, and recommend appropriate units based on lifestyle and budget
- Explain lease terms, rental policies, and community rules in a clear, professional manner
- Process lease applications and coordinate move-in logistics to ensure smooth transitions
- Maintain current knowledge of available units, pricing, and promotional offerings
- Build positive relationships with residents and handle inquiries with professionalism
- Ensure compliance with fair housing standards and company policies in all interactions
- Support community events and resident engagement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Proven customer service or sales experience in a service-oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic, goal-oriented setting
- Familiarity with the Scottsdale rental market or Arizona real estate environment is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and patience when working through objections or concerns
- Reliable transportation and availability for flexible hours as needed
