About the Role
As a QC Lab Technician, you'll contribute to quality assurance and safety standards at Astrix Technology's Will County facility. This is a direct hire, full-time position with shift options including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift availability to support our specialty gas and chemical operations.
What You'll Do
- Perform laboratory testing and quality control analyses on products and materials
- Operate laboratory equipment and analytical instruments
- Record and report test results accurately and completely
- Follow established protocols for safe chemical and gas handling
- Communicate findings and support production quality needs
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant lab technician experience)
- Precision and accuracy in performing technical tasks
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety practices
- Commitment to following protocols and regulatory requirements
- Flexibility to work assigned shifts
