QC Inspector – 2nd shift

Position Summary

As a QC Inspector on the 2nd shift, you'll play a critical role in maintaining product quality and consistency across our manufacturing operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a growing company that's investing in new facilities and expanded production capabilities. You'll conduct thorough inspections, document your findings, and help drive our commitment to excellence in everything we produce. Responsibilities

• Perform detailed quality inspections on products at various stages of production
• Measure and verify dimensions, tolerances, and specifications using precision measurement instruments
• Identify defects, anomalies, or non-conformances and document findings accurately
• Maintain detailed inspection records and quality documentation
• Communicate quality issues and findings to production supervisors and engineering teams
• Ensure compliance with established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and enhance production efficiency

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in quality control, manufacturing inspection, or quality assurance roles
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools and inspection equipment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical specifications, and quality standards
• Reliable and punctual professional available for 2nd shift work
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant QC experience valued
