Quorum seeks an experienced Marketing Manager for Demand Generation to drive strategic growth from our Washington, D.C. headquarters. This is a full-time opportunity to join a team building essential software that powers how government affairs professionals navigate policy, stakeholder engagement, and strategic advocacy globally.
About the Role
As our Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute integrated campaigns that attract and nurture leads for Quorum's workflow software platform. You'll work cross-functionally to build awareness, generate qualified pipeline, and support customer acquisition across North America and international markets.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement demand generation campaigns—including email programs, content marketing, webinars, and digital advertising—to reach government affairs professionals and public affairs teams
- Develop account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value prospects and Fortune 100 organizations
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to align messaging, positioning, and campaign timing with business goals
- Measure campaign performance, analyze lead quality and conversion metrics, and optimize tactics for ROI
- Manage marketing budgets and lead generation expenses to achieve cost-per-acquisition targets
- Create compelling case studies, white papers, and thought leadership content that resonate with policy and government relations audiences
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of demand generation, performance marketing, or B2B marketing experience
- Proven track record developing and executing successful campaign programs that generated qualified leads and pipeline
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
- Experience with account-based marketing and ABM tools is highly valued
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop clear, persuasive marketing narratives
- Data-driven mindset with ability to measure results, identify trends, and recommend optimization strategies
- Self-directed professional who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments
