About the Role

As a Personal Banker at PNC Bank's Temple Terrace branch, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for retail customers, guiding them through their banking needs and connecting them with the full range of financial products and services PNC offers. You'll combine relationship-building expertise with financial knowledge to deliver an exceptional banking experience.

What You'll Do

• Open and manage deposit accounts for new and existing customers
• Assess customer financial needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
• Educate customers about checking, savings, credit products, and investment opportunities
• Cross-sell banking services and identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships
• Process transactions, resolve account issues, and provide responsive customer support
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with PNC policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver seamless service and support team goals

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or banking experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to customer service
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and build trust with diverse customers
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfort with banking systems and willingness to learn new technology platforms
• Dedication to compliance, accuracy, and ethical banking practices
• Availability to work standard banking hours, including occasional weekend shifts
