What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care across multiple departments and units
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health management
- Demonstrate flexibility and strong adaptability in dynamic healthcare settings
