As a Groundskeeper with Pegasus Residential in Jacksonville, FL, you will be the first impression every resident and visitor sees. Working side by side with the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll help preserve the curb appeal, cleanliness, and overall condition of the grounds across our Dinsmore, Duval County community. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for someone who takes pride in detailed, physical outdoor work in a fast-moving, team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to carry out daily property upkeep tasks
• Maintain landscaped areas, walkways, common spaces, and amenity zones in clean, presentable condition
• Remove litter, debris, and clutter from grounds, breezeways, and shared areas
• Support general grounds care that keeps the community safe and welcoming for residents
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and seasonal property needs
