Reporting to the Practice Group Chairs, this on-site, non-exempt position is ideal for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and case timelines at the direction of supervising attorneys.
• Coordinate, monitor, and track ongoing case activities to ensure deadlines and milestones are met.
• Design and maintain practical systems for gathering, organizing, and managing case materials and evidence.
• Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle with accurate, well-structured documentation.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a paralegal supporting litigation matters.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and competing deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and close attention to detail when preparing legal documents.
• Comfortable taking direction from attorneys while independently building and maintaining case-tracking systems.
• Available to work full-time and on-site in Portland, Multnomah County.
