What You'll Do

• Develop comprehensive risk reporting and analytical dashboards for executive and board-level review
• Identify and drive operational improvements in risk systems, methodologies, and tools
• Ensure adherence to internal risk policies, regulatory standards, and industry governance requirements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of investment risk management experience in institutional asset management
• Expert-level knowledge of risk measurement, quantitative modeling, and statistical analysis
• Demonstrated expertise in evaluating short-duration, liquidity-focused, or similar investment strategies
• Ability to communicate sophisticated risk concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups
• Proven track record of leading and developing risk management teams
• Professional certification such as CFA, FRM, or closely related credential preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance, mathematics, economics, statistics, or related discipline
