What You'll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Lead by example on the sales floor, modeling our service standards and company values
• Stock and merchandise products to maximize appeal and accessibility
• Monitor inventory levels and contribute to stock management
• Execute store opening and closing procedures with attention to detail
• Handle cash and payment processing with accuracy and integrity
• Train and mentor team members, sharing your expertise and experience
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment
• Work toward store sales goals and performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior retail or customer service experience
• Strong communication and people skills
• Ability to thrive working both independently and collaboratively
• Physical stamina to stand extended periods, lift merchandise, and move throughout the store
• Dependable, with initiative and a positive attitude
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
