About the Role
As an Experienced Maintenance Technician with Intrepid Professional Group, you'll take ownership of equipment maintenance, repairs, and facility operations. You'll work independently and collaboratively to ensure systems run reliably, troubleshoot issues quickly, and maintain safety and quality standards. Your experience and attention to detail will be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to minimize downtime
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational problems and implement effective solutions
- Execute repairs and replacements within scope of expertise, maintaining quality and safety standards
- Document maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage for compliance and inventory tracking
- Coordinate with team members and management to prioritize work and meet operational needs
- Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a related technical role
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, or HVAC systems (or equivalent hands-on expertise)
- Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and work orders
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
