About the Role
As a Home Care Aide Flex, you'll play a vital role enabling clients to live safely and independently in their own homes. This full-time position requires flexibility and dedication across five days per week—with at least one weekend day included—for a 40-hour weekly schedule. You'll work on-call availability and join a team committed to delivering person-centered care that truly improves lives.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Support meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping
- Provide meaningful companionship and emotional encouragement to seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Monitor client well-being, report observations, and maintain accurate care documentation
- Respond flexibly to on-call scheduling requirements within your five-day availability window
- Work independently in clients' homes while maintaining professional boundaries and respect
