About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant for Waterford Real Estate Management LL, you'll serve as the sales representative for three Class B apartment communities in the Hamilton area, managing a combined portfolio of over 630 residential units. Your focus will be on touring prospective residents, marketing available units, closing lease agreements, and maintaining strong community occupancy rates. You'll work directly with prospects and residents to showcase each property's value and meet aggressive leasing targets across your assigned communities.
What You'll Do
- Conduct property tours and apartment showings for prospective residents
- Qualify leads and build relationships with potential renters
- Close lease agreements and process resident applications
- Market available units through multiple channels and maintain competitive positioning
- Manage move-in coordination and resident documentation
- Monitor occupancy trends and report performance metrics to management
- Communicate fluently in English and Spanish with residents and colleagues
