This full-time position combines instructional design expertise with hands-on content production to create impactful learning experiences.

About the Role

As an AI Training Specialist, you'll lead the development and ownership of comprehensive skilling initiatives. Your work directly shapes how diverse users adopt and effectively use Microsoft 365 Copilot, understand agent-based AI scenarios, and build confidence in Copilot Studio. You'll produce engaging, accessible content in multiple formats—from interactive courses to structured workshops—that resonates with learners at all levels.

What You'll Do

• Create high-quality instructional content including courses, workshops, facilitator guides, job aids, templates, and reusable learning assets
• Develop and produce professional instructional video content from initial concept and scripting through recording, editing, and final publishing
• Design learning experiences that help audiences understand practical applications of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI agent scenarios
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Build skill-building materials for Copilot Studio that enable users to develop customized AI solutions
• Maintain and update content to reflect product changes and emerging best practices
• Assess learning effectiveness and iterate on content based on user feedback and performance data

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles
• Proven experience creating video content or multimedia instructional materials
• Strong writing and communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Copilot, or similar enterprise AI tools (or willingness to quickly develop expertise)
• Experience working with diverse audiences in enterprise environments
• Proficiency with content management systems, learning management systems, or video production software
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
