About the Role

As a Digital Content Producer – Wand at Gray Media's Decatur location, you'll produce and distribute original multimedia content across broadcast, streaming, web, and social channels. This is a hands-on position combining creative storytelling with technical execution, working within one of the nation's largest television broadcasting companies.

What You'll Do

• Produce, shoot, and edit video content for broadcast, digital, and social media distribution
• Develop multimedia stories integrating video, photography, graphics, and written copy for online audiences
• Manage and optimize content across social platforms, adapting formats for maximum engagement
• Collaborate with reporters, anchors, and newsroom teams to deliver timely, polished stories
• Use content management systems to publish, manage, and monitor story performance
• Execute quick-turnaround production in response to breaking news and editorial priorities
• Maintain consistent broadcast and digital quality standards while meeting daily deadlines

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience producing digital video, multimedia, or broadcast journalism content
• Portfolio or samples showcasing your creative production and technical capabilities
• Hands-on proficiency with video editing software and digital production tools
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
