As a Technical Media Producer with KWQC, you will sit at the technical heart of our newsroom and production operations in Davenport, Scott County. This on-site, full-time position is ideal for a detail-driven professional who thrives in a live broadcast environment and wants to grow with one of the country's leading local media organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and coordinate the technical equipment used during live and recorded newscasts and station programming.
- Manage switching, graphics, audio, and playback elements to deliver a seamless on-air product.
- Partner closely with directors, producers, and on-air talent to execute each broadcast accurately and on schedule.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues quickly to keep productions running without interruption.
- Follow established broadcast standards and procedures to maintain consistent on-air quality.
Qualifications
