About the Role
As a Class A CDL company driver with Hill Bros., you'll operate commercial trucks on regional routes throughout the US, running 2,200 to 2,800 miles weekly. What You'll Do

- Communicate effectively with dispatch and coordinate efficient load management
- Build strong miles and income through our expansive route network
What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with air brake endorsement
- Minimum 6 months of commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record and passing DOT medical certification
- Strong safety mindset and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Professional communication skills and reliability
- Comfort with regional, home-weekly scheduling
Compensation & Benefits
Hill Bros. drivers earn $88,000 to $97,000 per year based on experience and miles. Our pay structure includes $0.65 per mile, plus a $0.06 productivity bonus and $0.01 safety bonus. Your earning potential is tied directly to miles run—stay out longer and earn more.
