What You'll Do

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other routine transactions accurately and efficiently
• Provide warm, professional customer service to every visitor at our Daly City branch
• Handle cash, checks, and other financial instruments with meticulous attention to detail and security protocols
• Answer customer questions about our banking services and refer complex inquiries appropriately
• Balance your cash drawer daily and maintain accurate transaction records
• Identify and communicate customer needs to branch colleagues in lending and product teams
• Work collaboratively with your branch team to maintain smooth, efficient daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service or a track record of putting customers first
• Precision and accuracy, especially with numbers and financial details
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand during shifts and work a flexible schedule, including Saturday hours
• Honest, reliable, and professional approach to work
• Openness to learning banking systems and regulatory requirements
• High school diploma or GED (prior banking or retail experience valued)
