Hill Bros. is seeking an experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our regional transportation team based in North Platte, Lincoln County. About the Role

This full-time Class A CDL company driver position offers regional routes that keep you close to home. You'll operate a well-maintained truck, handle our freight with care, and represent Hill Bros.' reputation for reliability across our service territory. With flexible run schedules and reasonable time-away cycles, you'll have the work-life balance that matters.

What You'll Do

• Drive regional routes covering 2,200–2,800 miles per week
• Operate a company-supplied Class A truck with standard safety and maintenance protocols
• Complete 6- to 8-day runs before returning home for 34–48 hours of consecutive rest
• Maintain DOT compliance and safety standards on every trip
• Communicate professionally with dispatchers and team members

Compensation & Schedule

Earn between $88,000 and $97,000 annually based on performance and miles driven. Your pay structure includes per-mile compensation, production bonuses, and safety incentives to reward consistent, efficient driving. As a home-every-week position, you'll enjoy predictable time off and the flexibility to run additional miles when you want higher earnings.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License with clean driving record
• Minimum six months of professional commercial driving experience
