What You'll Do

• Design and implement digital content strategies across website, mobile platforms, and social channels serving the Albany market
• Oversee digital platform development, maintenance, and optimization to ensure seamless audience experiences
• Lead audience analytics initiatives, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for content and distribution
• Collaborate with editorial, programming, and commercial teams to maximize content value across all touchpoints
• Manage digital asset workflows, archival systems, and video distribution pipelines
• Identify emerging technologies and platforms to keep our digital presence competitive and audience-focused
• Monitor industry trends and audience behavior to inform strategic direction and resource allocation

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in digital media management, content strategy, or digital product leadership
• Strong working knowledge of digital platforms, social media ecosystems, and audience analytics
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
