Expect questions on trauma-informed support, cultural humility, de-escalation, shift reliability, and how you handle confidentiality with vulnerable families. Prepare brief examples of teamwork under pressure and following protocols when information is incomplete.

Strong fit if you are dependable across irregular per diem hours, patient with language and cultural barriers, and motivated by hands-on human services rather than desk-only work. Prior residential, case aide, or community support experience helps but is not assumed from the listing alone.
