Based in Stratmoor Hills, El Paso County, this role focuses on enterprise-scale architecture design, cross-domain system integration, and the technical leadership needed to support complex operational environments.
About the Role
You'll architect multi-domain C2 environments where enterprise strategy, digital engineering, and systems design converge. Your responsibility is to design and evolve the technical foundations that enable seamless mission capability across operational domains, ensuring systems are resilient, interoperable, and aligned with strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Lead enterprise architecture design for advanced Command and Control platforms
- Develop strategic mission architecture frameworks that integrate complex operational systems
- Drive digital engineering initiatives to modernize and optimize existing capabilities
- Apply model-based systems engineering to document, validate, and improve architectures
- Translate operational requirements into technical strategy and implementation roadmaps
- Establish architectural governance, standards, and patterns across multi-domain environments
- Partner with stakeholders to align technology investments with mission outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Deep expertise in enterprise architecture and operational mission systems
- Proficiency in digital engineering methodologies and best practices
- Demonstrated experience with model-based systems engineering (MBSE)
- Track record architecting multi-domain or cross-platform systems
- Understanding of command and control systems or defense and national security technology
- Strong ability to manage stakeholder relationships and drive technical consensus
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
- Eligibility for appropriate security clearance
