Toyota of Midland is hiring a full-time Service Porter in Midland, Midland County. In this essential role, you'll keep our service and collision center running smoothly, working directly with customers, technicians, and our team to support vehicle repairs and maintenance operations.

What This Role Involves

The Service Porter position is central to our collision center and service department operations. You'll be the backbone of our facility, managing vehicle movements, preparing work areas, and ensuring technicians have everything they need to work efficiently. Every day, you'll interact with customers, service advisors, technicians, collision specialists, and management—supporting the entire team to deliver excellent service.

Core Duties

• Transport and position vehicles safely throughout the facility, from customer drop-off to service bays to final inspection areas
• Inspect vehicles upon arrival and document their condition for our records
• Prepare service bays and work areas to meet technician requirements before repairs begin
• Organize tools, parts, and materials to support smooth service operations
• Assist with customer vehicle drop-off and pick-up processes
• Maintain facility cleanliness and organization throughout the day
• Support communication between service teams, customers, and management
• Perform general maintenance and light facility tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and responsibly on the lot and throughout the facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
