About the Role

This is a full-time position for an experienced environmental attorney ready to take on meaningful responsibilities in land use law, regulatory compliance, and development approvals. You'll work directly with clients navigating California's complex environmental and land use regulatory landscape, including significant public and private development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through land use entitlements and the development approval process
• Manage CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) compliance and environmental review requirements
• Address zoning, planning permits, and regulatory compliance matters
• Participate in land use litigation, whether supporting existing counsel or leading cases
• Contribute to legal strategy on major public and private development projects

What We're Looking For

• 2 to 5 years of professional legal experience
• Strong foundation in environmental law, land use, or related regulatory areas
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and communicate complex legal concepts
