SAP EAM Technical Lead

The Opportunity

As SAP EAM Technical Lead, you'll own the strategic direction and hands-on delivery of enterprise asset management solutions. You'll architect comprehensive EAM strategies, oversee technical implementations, and ensure systems support critical business operations. This role combines leadership with technical excellence, requiring both strategic vision and deep SAP EAM expertise to drive measurable business outcomes.

Core Duties

• Design and architect SAP EAM solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices
• Lead technical teams through implementation, configuration, and deployment phases
• Manage system customization and integration with other enterprise platforms
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex asset management scenarios
• Document technical specifications, processes, and system architecture for stakeholder alignment
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of existing EAM systems
• Mentor junior technical staff and build team capability

Requirements

• Proven experience as SAP EAM Technical Lead or equivalent senior technical role
• Deep expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Materials Management (MM) modules
• Strong knowledge of enterprise asset management concepts and implementation methodologies
• Experience designing system integrations, APIs, and enterprise architecture patterns
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide technical teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with current SAP technologies and system landscapes
