Foundation Partners is hiring a Funeral Director/Embalmer to join our team in Butler, Waukesha County. In this full-time position, you'll provide compassionate, professional care to families during their time of loss while maintaining the highest standards of dignity and service.

As a Funeral Director/Embalmer, you're central to helping families honor their loved ones with meaningful, personalized ceremonies. You'll combine technical skill in embalming and preservation with genuine compassion, ensuring each family receives attentive support through every step of their funeral arrangement. This role demands both professional expertise and emotional intelligence—you'll be present for families at their most vulnerable moments, offering clarity, guidance, and peace of mind.

Core Duties

• Perform embalming procedures according to state regulations and professional standards
• Meet with families to discuss arrangements, preferences, and ceremony details
• Coordinate all aspects of funeral services, from logistics to final arrangements
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state licensing requirements
• Provide consultation to families on casket selection, burial options, and memorial choices
• Build trust and lasting relationships within the Butler community
• Support the broader mission of preserving family legacies with integrity

What We're Looking For

• Valid Wisconsin funeral director and embalmer license (or ability to obtain)
• Proven experience in funeral directing, embalming, or related funeral service role
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
