What This Role Involves

As a Mitigation Technician, you'll travel to residential and commercial properties that have experienced water damage, fire damage, or other property emergencies. Your work centers on rapid response and expert damage evaluation—arriving promptly at emergency scenes to assess the extent of loss, document conditions, and implement immediate steps to prevent further deterioration. Key Responsibilities
