As our Property/Maintenance Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of property care for our exclusive portfolio of privately owned homes. Your work ensures that every residence is pristine, functional, and ready to exceed guest expectations. You'll partner closely with our office team and property owners to anticipate needs, solve problems quickly, and maintain the highest standards of property presentation.
Your Responsibilities
- Coordinate with office staff and property owners to understand and address specific house requirements and maintenance priorities
- Prepare residences for owner and guest arrivals, ensuring all systems, amenities, and spaces meet exacting standards
- Manage routine and preventative maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent working condition
- Respond to maintenance contingencies and emergencies with efficiency and professionalism
- Maintain detailed records of property conditions, work completed, and any issues requiring follow-up attention
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, maintenance, or hospitality house management roles
- Strong communication and organizational abilities to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards in all work
- Ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge of home maintenance systems and willingness to develop specialized skills as needed
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to respond to property needs
