About the Role

The Club Concierge is the operational anchor of the Anatomy Sanctuary during peak service times, reporting to the Assistant General Manager or General Manager. You'll be the first and most consistent touchpoint for members, responsible for orchestrating a seamless, welcoming environment while embodying the Anatomy standard of excellence. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic settings, makes quick decisions with confidence, and treats every member interaction as an opportunity to deepen their connection to our community.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all operational functions of the Sanctuary during assigned peak-hour shifts
• Greet and welcome members, fostering genuine relationships and ensuring a sense of belonging
• Address member inquiries, requests, and concerns with poise and resourcefulness
• Maintain a composed demeanor in high-pressure or complex situations, demonstrating leadership through calm decision-making
• Navigate and resolve conflicts constructively, protecting both member experience and team morale
• Uphold the Anatomy way in every interaction, serving as a cultural ambassador
• Report to management on operational insights and member feedback
