As a Full Time member of our guest services team, you'll orchestrate wellness experiences and recreational bookings for individuals and groups, ensuring every guest's spa journey begins with seamless scheduling and personal attention.

Position Summary

This role centers on coordinating spa and recreation appointments using our specialized reservations management system. You'll be the bridge between guests seeking relaxation and our wellness professionals, handling everything from initial booking confirmation through day-of coordination. Your work keeps our spa operations running smoothly while delivering the personalized service Marriott guests expect.

Responsibilities

• Manage spa and recreation service bookings for individual guests and groups through our reservations software
• Contact guests to confirm their scheduled appointments and answer questions about available treatments
• Maintain current, accurate records of all reservations and process cancellations throughout the day
• Alert service providers and spa staff to last-minute scheduling changes and modifications
• Identify and resolve booking conflicts, double-bookings, and other scheduling issues
• Work closely with supervisors and management to address complex scheduling needs
• Support check-in procedures and ensure guest information is complete and accurate
