American Family Care Chino Hills is hiring a full-time X-Ray Technologist to join our state-of-the-art medical center in Rancho Santa Margarita, Orange County. As part of one of the nation's largest primary and urgent care networks, you'll deliver diagnostic imaging services to our diverse patient population in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Our Rancho Santa Margarita clinic attracts patients from across Orange County seeking walk-in access to quality diagnostic services. You'll play a crucial role in our clinical team, operating advanced imaging technology and helping physicians deliver accurate, timely diagnoses that keep our community healthy. Responsibilities

• Operate digital X-ray equipment following established safety protocols and technical standards
• Position patients and obtain high-quality radiographic images for diagnostic evaluation
• Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment to ensure consistent performance and patient safety
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to support patient care and acute care protocols
• Maintain comprehensive records and ensure compliance with healthcare documentation requirements
• Provide professional, compassionate interaction with patients of all ages and medical conditions

What We're Looking For

• Current radiologic technologist certification (ARRT or state-equivalent) or active eligibility
• Valid X-ray licensure as required by California and Orange County regulations
• Technical proficiency operating modern digital radiography systems
• Strong understanding of radiation safety, positioning techniques, and imaging protocols
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced urgent care setting
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered care mindset
• Reliable, professional approach to time-sensitive clinical environments
