About the Role

This full-time, on-site Project Manager position in Texas places you at the center of a builder-first company that is scaling quickly throughout the region. You will own the delivery of ground-up commercial builds from concept to completion, working alongside a hands-on leadership group that values craftsmanship and accountability. The project mix spans retail centers, convenience stores, travel plazas, quick-service restaurants, and other diverse commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct ground-up commercial construction projects through every phase, from preconstruction planning to final handover.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, and scope to keep diverse builds on track and on target.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain quality and momentum.
• Partner with leadership to support continued growth across the Southwest market.
• Manage a varied portfolio that includes retail, convenience stores, travel centers, and quick-service restaurant builds.

Qualifications

• Proven, hands-on experience managing commercial construction projects as a Project Manager.
• Background delivering ground-up commercial work such as retail, convenience stores, or restaurant developments.
• Strong command of project scheduling, budgeting, and on-site coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Texas, US and thrive within a growing, builder-driven team.
