Blue Arbor is hiring a Field Superintendent to lead installation work on commercial, industrial, and institutional construction projects across the Pensacola, FL and Milton, FL area. This full-time, temp-to-hire role puts an experienced trades leader at the center of a focused project team.
About the Role
As a Field Superintendent based out of East Pensacola Heights, Pensacola, you will serve as the on-site authority responsible for the successful execution of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical scopes. This is a hands-on leadership position where you guide crews, coordinate trades, and keep every phase of installation moving safely and on schedule. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with occasional weekend work as project demands require.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and supervise all on-site installation activity across commercial, industrial, and institutional builds.
- Coordinate HVAC, plumbing, and electrical trades to ensure work stays aligned with project plans and timelines.
- Provide day-to-day leadership to field crews and subcontractors on active job sites.
- Monitor quality, progress, and safety throughout each stage of construction.
- Communicate updates and resolve issues to keep installations on track.
Qualifications
- Proven field experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional construction.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems and installation practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate trade crews.
- Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule with flexibility for occasional weekend work.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pensacola, FL and Milton, FL region.
