Home Instead is seeking a full‑time In Home Caregiver to join their team in Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, providing compassionate, one‑on‑one support to seniors who wish to remain safely at home. The role offers steady weekly hours and competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.00.

About the Role

As an In Home Caregiver, you will deliver personalized assistance that enables older adults to maintain independence and comfort in their own residences. This position emphasizes building trusting relationships while ensuring safety and well‑being through consistent, reliable care.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help with medication reminders as directed.
• Provide companionship, engage in conversation, and encourage participation in hobbies or light exercise.
• Monitor client condition and report any changes to the care coordinator or family members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services rendered and adhere to all agency policies and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or in a similar supportive role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for seniors.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients’ homes within the Fountain Hills area.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and meet all state caregiver requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
