What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Proven experience performing general maintenance tasks in retail, commercial, or industrial settings.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems.
• Ability to read schematics, follow diagrams, and use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in varied weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license may be required for travel between sites.
