About the Role

As an Arbor Advisor, you will serve as the primary consultant for residential and commercial clients seeking expert tree health assessments, pruning recommendations, and preservation strategies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct on‑site evaluations of trees and shrubs to identify hazards, disease, and structural issues.
• Develop detailed care plans that align with industry best practices and client objectives.
• Present findings and proposals clearly, translating technical arboriculture concepts into actionable advice.
• Follow up with clients to ensure implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, recommendations, and service agreements in the company’s CRM.
• Stay current with local ordinances, ISA standards, and emerging tree care technologies.

What We're Looking For

• Current ISA Certified Arborist credential or eligible to obtain within the first six months.
• Proven experience in tree risk assessment, diagnostics, or consulting roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for traveling throughout Jackson County and surrounding areas.
• Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous learning.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with operations teams to schedule and execute prescribed treatments.
