Transplant Agile Lead

Sanofi Group is seeking a Transplant Agile Lead to join their team in Harvard Square, Middlesex County on a full‑time basis.

In this position you will guide agile practices for transplant‑focused initiatives, ensuring teams deliver innovative solutions while maintaining high standards of collaboration and execution. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners to align work with strategic goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on agile principles, helping to remove impediments and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog in partnership with product owners, ensuring readiness for upcoming iterations.
• Track key metrics such as velocity, lead time, and quality indicators, using data to drive process enhancements.
• Coordinate with clinical, regulatory, and commercial groups to align transplant solution development with compliance and market needs.
• Promote transparency through clear reporting, visual management boards, and regular stakeholder updates.
• Support the adoption of agile tools and techniques, tailoring frameworks to the specific context of transplant projects.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Lead in a healthcare, life sciences, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and ability to adapt them to complex, regulated environments.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills, with a track record of building high‑performing teams.
• Familiarity with transplant therapeutic areas, clinical trial processes, or pharmaceutical product development is advantageous.
• Capacity to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results under changing conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist are a plus.
