About the Role

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline
  • 7+ years of audit, internal controls, or risk management experience, with demonstrated progression in leadership roles
  • In-depth knowledge of banking operations, investment banking processes, or financial services compliance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in complex engagements
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to translate technical findings into clear business impact statements
  • Professional accounting or audit credentials (CPA, CIA, or equivalent) preferred
  • Proficiency with audit management tools, data analytics, and financial systems
