About the Role

As a Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits with Signify Health in Morgantown, Butler County, you will travel to members' homes to complete In-home Health Evaluations for individuals enrolled in Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial health plans. This full-time, on-site role lets you set your own schedule while delivering meaningful, relationship-driven care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive In-home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and eligible commercial plan members.
• Visit members in their own homes throughout the Morgantown, Butler County area.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice as a physician (MD or DO).
