About the Role

As the RN House Supervisor at Bitterroot Health in Hamilton, Ravalli County, you will be the central point of clinical leadership during your assigned shift. This position oversees nursing staff and coordinates the full range of patient care activities throughout the hospital, ensuring quality, safety, and smooth operations from one department to the next. Key Responsibilities

• Direct and support nursing staff to deliver consistent, high-quality patient care across all hospital units during your shift.
• Coordinate patient care services hospital-wide, balancing staffing, admissions, and resource needs in real time.
• Promote and uphold clinical standards, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the on-site nursing resource for problem-solving, escalations, and decision-making.
• Foster clear communication and collaboration among care teams and departments.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Clinical nursing experience with the judgment needed to supervise staff and oversee patient care.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to manage shifting priorities calmly while maintaining quality and safety standards.
