Position Summary

We're seeking an experienced Debone Plant Supervisor to lead our second-shift production team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, mentor team members, and maintain the safety standards that protect your crew. You'll have direct responsibility for scheduling, workforce management, and ensuring consistent output quality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a production team, providing hands-on professional development and career-building guidance
• Establish and enforce safety protocols across the plant floor, cultivating a zero-incident mindset within your team
• Create and manage shift schedules that optimize staffing and production flow
• Motivate and train team members to achieve performance targets and quality standards
