About the Role

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients, manage check-in and scheduling processes, and maintain organized patient records
• Answer and route phone inquiries to appropriate clinical or administrative team members
• Support appointment coordination, confirmations, and patient follow-up communications
• Handle patient information with professionalism and strict confidentiality standards
• Assist the clinical team with administrative tasks that support patient care delivery
