About the Role

As the Operations Manager in Des Plaines, you are the operational backbone of your assigned center(s). You safeguard a welcoming, well-coordinated experience for prospective and enrolled families by championing clear communication and meticulous documentation between parents and clinical staff. This on-site position partners closely with leadership to keep daily operations efficient, compliant, and family-focused.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive, supportive experience for both new and current families throughout their journey with BY YOUR SIDE.
• Maintain accurate, timely communication and recordkeeping across parents and clinical team members.
• Provide hands-on, day-to-day supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) at your assigned center location(s).
• Promote equitable, consistent employment practices in line with company standards.
• Support the broader operational and administrative needs of the center to keep services running seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, office management, or team supervision, ideally within a clinical, healthcare, or therapy setting.
• Strong communication and documentation skills, with a sharp eye for accuracy and detail.
• Ability to lead and develop staff while fostering fair, consistent workplace practices.
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing family-facing service with behind-the-scenes coordination.
• Genuine commitment to supporting children with autism and the families they belong to.
