About the Role

As a Personal Assistant with QSL Management, you'll provide hands-on, attentive care and support within our resort-style senior living community in Earlysville. This is a full-time, on-site position structured around the 3–11pm and 11–7pm shifts, ideal for someone who thrives in a calm, service-focused environment and takes pride in helping seniors live with dignity, security, and joy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily personal needs and routines in a respectful, compassionate manner
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming living environment throughout your assigned shift
• Monitor resident well-being and promptly communicate any concerns to the appropriate team members
• Support evening and overnight comfort, helping promote wellness, longevity, and a sense of belonging
• Collaborate with fellow caregivers to ensure consistent, high-quality service around the clock
