About the Role

As a Family Case Manager with the State of Indiana, you will serve families across Knox and the wider Starke County, helping to safeguard children and connect households with the resources they need to thrive. This is a full-time, on-site position centered on direct service and advocacy for Hoosiers.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate the safety, well-being, and needs of children and families within your assigned caseload.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor individualized service and care plans.
• Conduct home visits and in-person assessments throughout the Knox and Starke County area.
• Partner with community organizations, service providers, and the courts to support positive family outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely case documentation in accordance with state policies and regulations.
