We're seeking a full-time mobile veterinarian to bring expert, gentle medical care directly into the homes of families facing difficult decisions about their beloved companions.

About the Role

As our in-home veterinarian, you'll deliver specialized hospice consultations, palliative care planning, and euthanasia services to pets and families across Grapevine, Tarrant County, and surrounding areas including Colleyville, Arlington, Garland, and Aledo. This position offers the medical autonomy and work-life balance that draws many veterinarians to independent practice, without the corporate overhead or restrictive non-compete constraints that limit your future opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Travel to patient homes throughout the Fort Worth metropolitan area to conduct hospice evaluations and end-of-life care consultations
• Perform compassionate euthanasia procedures in the comfort of each pet's home environment
• Develop individualized hospice care plans, incorporating pain management and quality-of-life assessments
• Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy, clear communication, and clinical expertise
• Coordinate aftercare services and support grieving pet owners
• Maintain detailed medical records and clinical documentation

What We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with current Texas veterinary licensure
• Experience or demonstrated interest in hospice, palliative care, or euthanasia services
• Strong communication skills and genuine compassion for pets and their families
• Ability to work independently while managing your own schedule
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area
• Commitment to high-quality, stress-free medical care
