About the Role

As a Quality Technician working the night shift at Fabcon Career, you'll inspect components and assemblies before, during, and after manufacturing to ensure every unit meets our quality standards. Your work is essential to preventing defects and maintaining the production schedule our customers depend on.

What You'll Do

• Perform pre-manufacture and in-process quality inspections against established specifications
• Accurately record inspection data and quality information into production systems
• Identify quality deviations, defects, and process irregularities as they occur
• Report quality issues promptly to production supervisors and QA management
• Work proactively to prevent quality problems from happening in the first place
• Maintain safe work practices throughout the night shift
• Communicate findings and recommendations with production team members
